The Dolby CP750 Digital cinema processor with 7.1 dolby surround also ensures that the audio quality is of the highest standard.

The theatre can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests, while our two additional lounge spaces combined can host up to 75+ people. Additionally, we've recently installed a TV in our main lounge, perfect for simultaneous viewing of games and shows. Guests love the flexibility to move between the theatre and lounge during sports events. For any further inquiries about capacity, feel free to reach out.
The venue rental fee is $2650, covering a four-hour time slot inclusive of a technician to operate the theatre and post-event cleaning. Food and beverage costs vary based on consumption and group size. Our food and beverage team handles billing separately, with menu development beginning after your rental deposit is secured. Beverage service options include prepaid packages or pay-per-drink based on consumption, giving you flexibility tailored to your event's needs. Please note costs can range from $1500-8000+ based on event size, staffing, ingredients etc.
At the Reel Room we want you to experience the space in full capacity, we highly recommend going through our catering partners to make it as seamless and simple as possible. We understand that sometimes this may not be the right fit for you that is why we have an outside food fee if you do choose to provide your own catering.

Enjoy watching the game from a large movie theatre screen, while having the flexibility to go back into the lounge to eat, socialize, and order a drink to bring back into the theatre.

We provide extensive video and photo documentation of The Reel Room on our website and social media channels. If desired, we can arrange a personalized walk-through video tour. To maintain guest privacy and due to high demand, in-person viewings are only available after booking confirmation.
Our food and beverage team excels in customization to suit your event preferences. Whether it's your favorite cocktails like espresso martinis or sours, specific wines, or thematic creations tailored to your event, we've got you covered. For sports events, we can even design cocktails matching team colors, enhancing the overall experience and creating memorable moments for you and your guests.
The theatre can seat 40+ comfortably, lounge 30 - 40+, and the upstairs 25+. With our new 70-inch TV in the lounge & bar area, we have noticed groups equally split between the 2 main rooms, especially for sports games. Guests are able to watch the game or movies in the theatre, and walk back and forth to the lounge if they want to grab a drink/take a break and socialize while not getting FOMO by leaving the theatre!
